Pickin' Raspberries

We went raspberry pickin and had a good ole time!  We all decided that we now know why raspberries are so expensive... It takes a long time to pick a bucket full! Now we're off to make some raspberry jam...

Up the Canyon with Friends

Savy starts Preschool

This little girl was so excited to start preschool.  She was up and dressed at 7:15 (school doesn't start till 9).  She tried to act like she wasn't excited.  When I asked her if she was excited she said, "No, I'm tired.  How would you feel if someone woke you up this early?!"  But she couldn't wipe the smile off her face.

When she came home I asked her if she made friends.  She said there was a boy in her class who told her, "You are really handsome.  I think I'm gonna like you!"  I can't say I blame him... She is one beautiful little girl!

Bear Lake

This year we decided to change things up and go to Bear Lake instead of Lake Powell.  None of us knew what to expect, but it was HEAVEN!  I love this place!

We hiked to Bloomington Lake which is beyond beautiful, plus we got some entertainment from the boys jumping off the rope swing!

We played a in the sand for hours and hours... the kids were loving life!

And of course... we boated our little hearts out!

Since Brox is the only boy at our house he is always doing cartwheels and playing with purses, but this weekend he got to be a boy with all his little boy cousins.  He was loving life!  Since we've been home, the boy in him hasn't worn off.  He is beating us all up, breaking things, and constantly talking about poop!
